Daniel Lemoine is a seasoned professional, bringing over 25 years of expertise in technical and leadership roles to Eclypses as the Senior Director of Operations. Dan’s career is marked by outstanding achievements in leading enterprise engineering and program teams at EMC, Dell Technologies, Iron Mountain and Eclypses where he excelled in bringing hardware, software, SaaS, and cybersecurity products to market.

Prior to his tenure at Eclypses, Dan played a pivotal role in establishing a Program Management Office (PMO) to support Iron Mountains AI/ML SaaS data transformation product. His leadership was instrumental in guiding both the Program and Project Management teams, while overseeing product development and solution implementation. Dan skillfully managed critical business relationships with key partners, vendors, and clients, showcasing his expertise in fostering strategic alliances.

Notably, Dan spent 22 years at EMC/Dell Technologies, where he held pivotal positions across Engineering, Customer Success, and Portfolio Management.

At Eclypses, Dan works directly with the executive team executing the company’s vision, bridging teams, anticipating issues, and solving challenges while also leading On-Prem and Cloud Program initiatives.

Dan lives in Rhode Island where he enjoys spending time with his family at the beach, boating, and enjoying the outdoors.
