With over 25 years of technical and leadership experience, Joseph Hornsey is Eclypses’ Director of IT and Infrastructure. Throughout his career, Joseph has been a leader in the IT world, operating his own IT consulting firm for over 20 years and building and maintaining networks within the financial tech industry. Joseph’s work in IT consulting required him to understand the security needs of different types of customers, including banks, to assess and enact network protocols that would follow best practices and increase their overall security posture. At Eclypses, Joseph leads the IT department, overseeing the Eclypses infrastructure, ensuring that the company’s network and information remains secure and increasing the quality and depth of the company’s data security. When not working at Eclypses, Joseph teaches CompTIA Security+ certification classes and is working towards his CISSP certification. Joseph lives in Colorado and enjoys shooting, Dungeons & Dragons, and has a deep love of all things Texas A&M.
